Long Lazy Days
The summer suggests long, lazy days but where does all the time go? Get up in the morning and by the time the normal household chores are done it's time for lunch. After lunch there's always something to waste more time on and before I know it, it's late in the evening and I'm trying to catch up on the day's real work!
I keep telling myself I will arrange my time better - sit down and make out a schedule - but that would only take even more time!
I guess I'll keep going and maybe one day I'll catch up with myself and actually get a little ahead.
I won't bank on it though!

One of Those Days
Do you have "those days"? You know, the days that start out great and then start to go downhill. The days when inspiration seems to fly out of the window and disappear into the distance.
How do you pull it back?
Sitting down and actually writing something (anything at all) helps to get the juices flowing again. Suddenly the sap begins to rise and the fingers begin to dance over the keyboard.
Discipline!
The single most important element in any writer's life. Without discipline we are scribblers not scribers.
